We are open to serve you, answer patient questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Aesthetician services are available evenings and Saturdays by appointment.
Mission
Our goal at Alta Vista Dermatology is to provide the highest quality dermatological skin care on an individual basis in a caring and professional environment. We provide a wide range of general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology to both adults and children. We are committed to prevention and overall skin wellness using the latest treatment options and therapies. All procedures are performed or supervised by a Board-certified Dermatologist.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment or you will be charged a $50 no show fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes result is a missed appointment and these can be discussed on an individual basis with our practice manager.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions are written with enough refills to last until your next appointment is necessary. We understand that there are circumstances where it is difficult to make an office appointment, so refills requests in the interim may be processed by calling our office. For adequate care and to monitor progress, we do not refill prescriptions older than 6 months.
