Joe Cari, MPAS, PA-C is a licensed and board-certified dermatology physician assistant. After serving 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, Joe attended and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Winona State University, Minnesota and after a short career in corporate America Joe decided to dedicate himself to medicine.
Joe completed his master of physician assistant studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in 2014 and then began his work in dermatology here in Colorado.
Joe believes in providing his patients the best possible patient care experience by educating and involving them in their care while finding the best treatment suited to their individual needs.
He is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Colorado Association of Dermatology Professionals, and the American Association of Physician Assistants. Joe is a diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, earned for his continued commitment to comprehensive dermatology medical education.
Joe has enjoyed working in dermatology and has found his passion. He is forever thankful for all the situations in his life that has led him to his current home at Alta Vista Dermatology.
Joe met his wife, Evelyn, at Snooze in Colorado where they now have a son and their English bulldog, Lily.
