Kristina Stange MPAS PA-C, is a licensed and board-certified dermatology physician assistant. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver and completed her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado Child Health Associate program at the Anschutz Medical Campus. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Colorado Society of Dermatology Professionals.
Prior to becoming a PA, Kristina taught anatomy lab at the University of Colorado, worked as a research assistant at Rowan Community Nursing Home, was a rafting guide along Clear Creek, and a medical assistant at Alta Vista Dermatology. Working with patients inspired her to pursue a career in medicine and after rigorous graduate training, she joined the team again at Alta Vista as a provider.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending her time with her husband and family. She loves being outside whether it be hiking, running, rafting, surfing, skiing, and snowshoeing. She also loves to travel and explore new cultures.
