So I am still a little in shock by how wonderful my experience was today. My appointment was 1pm today and as requested arrived 15 minutes early, the sign said they would be back at one, but after standing for around three minutes the woman who checked me in, opened the door and got me set up right away. This has never happened in my experience before. The MA got in a room right away, we discussed my reason for this visit, and asked what I was hoping to happen. She said she see, the c-np came... in shortly afterwards and within minutes my biopsy was being done and the issue I had is now removed.The staff kindness left me to a point where I was questioning how is this so awesome. This is hands down the most friendly, professional, fun, and delightful experience I have had that I can remember with any type of treatment.Check in was a breeze, taken back right away, and what I hoped for was completed in minutes.
