Our virtual visit platform allows us to check your skin for the things that we know you are concerned about.

- Even worried about a new spot or suspicious mole – our dermatology experts can quickly take a look digitally.
- Need a consultation with an aesthetician in our MedSpa – discuss skincare, procedures and get helpful recommendations.
What can I expect?
You will receive a link to connect to a secure, HIPAA-compliant, online video session with your dermatology provider. This link should be opened on a mobile phone or tablet device to get the best picture resolution. As the session loads, you may be asked to allow access to your device’s camera and microphone, please make sure the microphone is not on mute. Once the video session begins with your provider, you may be asked to upload higher resolution photos to the patient portal. We can walk you through all of this – it really is that simple.
Will I still need to go to the office?
Virtual visits may not replace the need to be seen in the office by a dermatology provider. If your provider asks you to follow up in the office, it may mean there is additional testing that is required to get you the best treatment.
What does it cost?
Good news – while virtual visits do result in medical charges, they can be applied and may be covered by your existing health insurance or benefit plan. If you don’t have health insurance, we can still get your virtual visit scheduled, but we would prefer if you please call the office at 303.888.6426.
